These terms apply when you visit 3ksurvivors.com or play Three Kingdoms Survivors. By using the site or game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Three Kingdoms Survivors in your web browser for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may stream and record gameplay and share screenshots and videos, including on monetised channels. You may not copy, resell, rehost or redistribute the game or its art, code, music or text, or remove copyright notices.
Do not attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers, do not interfere with ads (for example by generating fake clicks or impressions), and do not try to bypass the Warlord Edition licence check. You may modify your own local save file for your own play.
The Warlord Edition is an optional one-time digital purchase of US$9.99 (local taxes may apply). It unlocks four additional playable generals and removes ads in the browser where it is active. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again.
The purchase is tied to the browser where you make it, through a licence stored in that browser. You can restore it on another browser or device from Options → Restore purchase by entering the email address used at checkout and the last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply to the payment.
If you are not happy with the Warlord Edition, email support@3ksurvivors.com within 14 days of purchase with your checkout email and we will refund you in full. After a refund the licence is revoked. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Your progress is saved only in your browser. We are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared; please export backups from Saves in the game. The game is in active development, and we may change balance, content and features at any time. We will not remove the four Warlord Edition generals from players who bought them while the game is online.
Three Kingdoms Survivors is an original, independent fan tribute inspired by the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Koei Tecmo or any other game publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. The game’s own artwork, code, music and text are © 2026 3K Survivors.
The site and game are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10 if you paid nothing.
The site shows ads from Google and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of ads or third-party sites. Our use of ads and cookies is explained in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
